Branch Manager

Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Graduation and above (any field)
  • Minimum three to five (3-5) years’ experience in SME loans segment
  • Responsible for overall business development and management of branch
  • Target achievement, team activation, audit and compliance of the branch
  • Good communication skills and ability to travel
  • Regular interactions with area / regional managers and other stakeholders (internal as well as external) in order to service the clients, broaden the business base and retention of existing business
  • Two-wheeler with Driving license
Job Description:
  • Lead a result-oriented team and be responsible for managing the branch profitability, ensuring high quality service and customer relationship management, operation and risk.
  • Own all branch-lending objectives and overall branch supervision, ensure achievement of overall branch targets by generating business and cross sales
  • Key customer relationship management and supervision of all customer programs
  • Ensure all components of the branch sales model function as per design
  • Efficiently manage grievance handling
  • Ensure compliance with banking and NBFC rules, regulations and procedures
  • Periodic review of progress vs. objectives
  • Ensure clarity of business objectives among staff
  • Adherence of sales process and operational checklists
  • Manage the branch business by identifying pipeline through quality sourcing
  • Ensure optimum collection levels of the branch and relevant follow-up for bounces
  • Provide excellent service in order to maintain a positive reputation for the business
  • Resolve any customer complaints in a prompt and professional manner

Customer Relationship Officer

Requirements:
  • Educational Background: 10+2 pass and above
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in SME loans segment
  • Two-wheeler with Driving license
  • Good communication skills and ability to travel
Job Description:
  • Initiate one-on-one sales meetings with customers via shop-to-shop approach within the branch vicinity
  • Grow the branch business by identifying new sales through quality sourcing
  • Ensure timely completion of files login requirements
  • Ensure timely collections from customers and relevant follow-up for bounces
  • Provide excellent service in order to maintain a positive reputation for the business
  • Resolve any customer complaints in a prompt and professional manner
  • Maintain good relationships with existing customers by frequent visits and calls
  • Seek opportunities to cross-sell or upsell to existing customers
